TORONTO, ON, March 12, 2007 - SCI Logistics Inc. announced that it intends to enter into an agreement under which AMG Logistics Inc. and First Team Transport Inc. will join the SCI Logistics group of companies. SCIL’s current subsidiaries include Progistix-Solutions Inc. and Assured Logistics Inc. The combination will solidify SCI Logistics Inc. as the leader in high performance, outsourced supply chain and logistics services for Canadian businesses. The transaction is scheduled to close in March 2007.
