Progistix sets new standards in customer satisfaction

TORONTO, ON- Progistix-Solutions Inc., the largest Canadian-owned, third party logistics provider, has achieved high marks for services and delivery in a recent, independent survey measuring customer satisfaction. The survey, conducted in late 2003 by the market research firm Insights Research Inc., compared the Progistix results with an industry-wide study in the U.S. (Cap Gemini, 2001), where respondents identified meeting service commitments as a primary sector weakness, Progistix achieved an 80.4% approval rating from its blue chip customers.

“Our annual customer survey is confirmation of how well we are listening to our clients, learning about their business in a way that enables us to effectively meet, no matter how complex, their needs and support their own continuous improvement efforts.”says Progistix Senior Vice President Steve Phinney.  “Every employee is measured and compensated based upon the level of customer satisfaction achieved. And every year we reassess our goals and our targeted scores to ensure we maintain our leadership position.”

The Progistix customer survey focused on key areas of service including responsiveness and versatility, and our understanding of customer business imperatives.  .
