After testing and inspection, we make a decision to repair the item or recycle it. Where applicable, we identify items to be repaired that are still under warranty in order to minimize repair costs. Repair vendor coordination includes storage of unrepaired materials, return of unrepaired materials to vendors, receipt and storage of repaired materials for reuse in the marketplace. The cycle time from receipt through to storage is 24 hours.
