

In addition to managing client logistics for outbound supply chains, Progistix also handles the inbound flow of product and parts returns for repair, restocking or recycling. This includes consumer products and parts returned by field service technicians.
Our process entails (as required) inspections, testing, restocking items, storage, repair forwarding and disposal, all customized to client specifications. Last year, we managed over 1.7 million inbound units – from consumers and business partners back into the system. We do it faster, we do it less expensively, we provide complete visibility. Handling, shipping and returns costs are reduced while cycle times and inventory availability are improved as a result.
